1. Information We Collect

• Device and app identifiers: app UUID, device or installation identifier, platform, language, app version, and operating-system information.
• Game data: selected game modes, themes, player names, gender selections, levels, ratings, progress, settings, and interactions with cards, tasks, dice, and other game features.
• User-created content: custom tasks, scenario text, Roleplay AI fields, generated scenarios, ratings, reports, and other content you submit.
• Purchase and entitlement data: products or themes selected, transaction or payment identifiers, payment status, credits, and access rights. Payment card details are handled by the relevant payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Technical and diagnostic data: logs, crash information, performance data, network requests, security events, and settings needed to operate and troubleshoot the application.
• Notification data: APNs or FCM token, notification permission status, and notification-open events where push notifications are enabled.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide game modes, cards, tasks, custom content, dice, themes, and Roleplay AI features.
• To create or recognize an installation, synchronize access rights, restore purchases, and protect user progress.
• To process purchases, grant digital content or credits, verify payments, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To process custom tasks and Roleplay AI requests, generate scenarios, and apply safety and abuse-prevention checks.
• To provide support, respond to privacy or deletion requests, and communicate service-related updates.
• To analyze usage, diagnose crashes, improve gameplay, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

3. User Content and Roleplay AI

Text that you enter into custom tasks or Roleplay AI fields may be sent to our servers and, where needed, to providers that host or process AI and safety services. This processing is used to generate scenarios and protect the service. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive information about yourself or anyone else.

Roleplay AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. It is entertainment content, not professional advice. Users remain responsible for using the application only with informed consent and within applicable law.

4. Third-Party Services

Depending on platform, region, and enabled features, Foreplay may use categories of providers such as:

• Apple services, including StoreKit, App Store purchase services, and APNs.
• Google Play services, including Google Play Billing and Firebase services.
• RuStore services for distribution or payments where applicable.
• Payment providers, including YooKassa or other regional providers where available.
• Analytics, crash-reporting, hosting, database, notification, and security providers.
• AI providers used for Roleplay AI generation and safety processing.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies and only as needed for the relevant functionality.

5. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

We may use analytics and crash-reporting technologies to understand performance and improve the app. The Android version may use advertising or rewarded-ad services where enabled. If a platform requires consent for personalized advertising or tracking, the application will request the applicable permission. You can manage permissions through your device settings.

6. Push Notifications

You may allow or deny notifications in your device settings. If enabled, we process a device push token to deliver service-related notifications. We may record that a notification was opened to measure delivery and improve communications.

7. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Foreplay, maintain security, restore purchases, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, keep accounting records, and comply with law. Some game settings and progress may be stored locally on your device.

To request deletion of server-side data, account-related data, custom tasks, Roleplay AI scenarios, or other personal information, email info.against.entropy@gmail.com from the address associated with your request and describe the data you want deleted. We may retain limited records where required for payments, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution; such records will be isolated or anonymized where reasonably possible.

8. Age Restriction

Foreplay is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

9. International Processing

Information may be processed by us and our service providers in countries other than your own. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
