Lovby Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Lovby mobile application and related server services, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.

2. Age Requirement

Lovby is available only to users who are at least 18 years old. Use of the service by minors is prohibited. By using Lovby, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Description of the Service

Lovby provides an entertainment experience involving conversations with virtual characters, profiles, sympathy progression, virtual gifts, super likes, media, and other interactive features.

Character responses may be generated in whole or in part by artificial intelligence. Lovby does not provide psychological, medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

4. Virtual Characters

Characters, images, profiles, and conversations in Lovby are fictional, virtual, and/or AI-generated. They do not represent real people and cannot enter into real-world relationships with users.

5. User Conduct

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. Content involving minors in a sexual context, violence, threats, harassment, illegal activity, fraud, extremism, or disclosure of third-party personal data is prohibited.

6. Moderation and Safety

Lovby may automatically analyze user messages and virtual character responses to maintain service safety, enforce the rules, prevent abuse, and improve service quality. We may restrict or terminate access if these Terms or the Community Guidelines are violated.

7. Purchases

The app may offer purchases of digital items such as messages, gifts, super likes, and other features. On iOS, purchases for digital content are processed through Apple In-App Purchase unless another payment method is available in a particular region in accordance with service settings and applicable platform rules.

Digital items are consumable and are credited to the user account after successful payment processing. Refunds for Apple purchases are handled according to Apple policies.

8. Advertising and Rewards

The app may use advertising SDKs and rewarded ads. Rewards are granted after successful ad viewing when the feature is available.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the profile section of the app. After deletion, access to the account and related data may be restricted. Some technical, payment, security, and log data may be retained as necessary for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and service security.

10. No Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or the accuracy, suitability, or reliability of AI-generated character responses.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page. Continued use of Lovby after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
