1. Data We Collect

• Account and device identifiers, including app_uuid, device_id, push token, platform, and language.
• Profile information, including name or nickname, age, selected interests, relationship goal, profile bio, and preferences.
• User content, including chat messages, complaints, reactions, and interactions with virtual characters.
• Purchase data, including selected packs, payment statuses, Apple/YooKassa transaction identifiers, and credited digital items.
• Technical data, including app events, diagnostics, settings, app version, advertising events, and analytics events.
• Notification data, including APNs/FCM token, notification permission status, and push notification open events.

2. How We Use Data

• To create, maintain, and restore user accounts.
• To provide profiles, chats, media, gifts, super likes, purchases, and other app functionality.
• To generate and moderate virtual character responses.
• To process purchases, credit digital items, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To send push notifications and measure notification opens.
• To perform analytics, diagnose errors, improve service quality, and maintain security.
• To enforce the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines and comply with legal obligations.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Moderation

User messages may be processed by automated systems and AI providers to generate character responses, check safety, prevent prohibited content, and improve service quality. We aim to limit data processing to what is necessary for providing and protecting the service.

4. Third-Party Services

Lovby may use the following categories of service providers:

• Apple services, including In-App Purchase, StoreKit, App Store Server API, and APNs.
• Payment providers, including YooKassa where available for the user’s region.
• Analytics services, including Firebase Analytics.
• Advertising services, including Yandex Mobile Ads.
• AI and infrastructure providers used for message generation, safety processing, hosting, and database operations.

These providers process data only as needed to support the relevant service functionality.

5. Advertising and Analytics

Lovby may use analytics and rewarded advertising to improve the product and provide in-app rewards. If the app uses tracking as defined by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency rules in the future, the app will request separate user permission.

6. Push Notifications

You can allow or deny push notifications in your device settings. If notifications are allowed, we store a push token to send notifications about chat messages, service events, and other app-related updates.

7. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, process purchases, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can delete your account in the profile section of the app or contact us at info.against.entropy@gmail.com.

After account deletion, some data may be anonymized or retained in limited form where necessary for security, payment records, abuse prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

8. Age Restriction

Lovby is not intended for users under 18. If you believe that a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

9. International Processing

Data may be processed on servers and by service providers located in different countries. By using Lovby, you understand that such processing may be necessary to provide the service.
